Returns Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for either an exchange or refund.

To be considered for a return, your item must be:

• Unused / unworn with tags on
• In its original packaging
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (Please print and include your order receipt with your return)
• PLEASE BE ADVISED. Swimwear, underwear and Jewellery is NOT refundable for hygiene purposes.
• Sale goods are non- returnable, all sales final.
• Upon receipt of your item, BLB will inspect it and notify you of your requested outcome via email, phone or text  and aim to do this within 7- 10 working days.
• Refunds will usually be returned inline with your bank issuers policies and via original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, it is highly advisable that you consider using a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
